宝钢高炉冷却系统的改造与优化

摘    要:宝钢3座高炉持续高强度冶炼、高煤比生产,原设计炉体冷却水量已不能满足各高炉冷却需要,随着炉龄增加,冷却器破损数、炉皮发红现象增多,影响高炉的长寿。通过高炉大修和高炉冷却系统的在线改造,增加炉体冷却板、冷却壁的冷却水量,提高水压,改善循环水水质,强化对炉体的冷却,起到了良好效果。

Abstract:Three blast furnaces in Baosteel always operates at intensified smelting and high coal ratio condition, the originally designed cooling water capacity for furnace body can not meet the BF cooling requirement any more. As the furnace campaign increases, the damage frequency and aglow phenomena of furnace shell became more, which seem to influence the long campaign of the blast furnace. By revamping of blast furnace and on line modification of BF cooling system by increasing the cooling panel of furnace body, water flow of cooling stave, water pressure and improving quality of circulation water, the cooling of the furnace body is enhanced, which result in good effect.
