摘    要:随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)因其简便、快速、灵敏等优点在酵母的分类鉴定,种属间亲缘关系确定及育种等方面有广阔的应用前景。本文综述近年来RAPD技术在酵母相关研究中的应用,并简单讨论该技术目前的研究热点。

Abstract:Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) has a promising prospect for applications in yeast classification and identification, genetic relationship confirmation among yeast species, and breeding. It is a rapid and sensitive method to analyze microbial characters. In this paper, the recent applications of RAPD in the classification, identification and breeding of yeasts are summarized and the current research hot topics on RAPD are also discussed.
