平板式CPL蒸发器启动特性研究

摘    要:在对CPL启动过程分析的基础上,采用数值分析方法研究了平板式蒸发器的启动特征,并将数值计算结果和试验结果进行了比较,结果表明计算结果与实验结果较吻合。还研究了不同的平板式蒸发器结构对系统启动性能的影响,而且提出了改善CPL系统蒸发器的启动性能以及增强系统的稳定性的一些方法及措施。

Abstract:The startup process of CPL(Capillary pumped loop) was analyzed.Then a mathematical and physical model concerning CPL evaporator startup was established and the numerical method was applied to obtain the startup performance.A flat type CPL test-bed was designed and built.The results show that the numerical results agree well with the experimental data.In addition,the effects of different evaporator configurations on the startup characteristics were investigated and some methods and measures were discussed and presented to improve the startup performance and enhance the CPL operating stability.
