摘    要:利用正交设计安排实验,采用并流法制备沉淀二氧化硅,研究实验制备工艺条件硅酸钠浓度、硫酸浓度、反应温度和并流时间对沉淀二氧化硅的BET比表面积的影响.实验结果表明,反应温度对沉淀二氧化硅的BET比表面积的影响最大,其次是硅酸钠浓度、并流时间和硫酸浓度.硅酸钠浓度与反应温度之间的交互作用,对沉淀二氧化硅的BET比表面积影响显著.

Abstract:The influences of technic conditions of preparation, such as concentration of sodium silicate, concentration of vitriol, reaction temperature and cocurrent time were studied by orthogonal design experiment. It is indicated that BET specific surface area is most significant influenced by reaction temperature, and the sequence of influence level are concentration of sodium silicate, cocurrent time and concentration of vitriol. BET specific surface area is influenced very much by the interaction of concentration of sodium silicate and reaction temperature.
