王场油田改注污水后腐蚀结垢浅析

摘    要:王场油田部分区块的注入水为清水,而清水对注入系统及地层的损害较大,因此有必要在该区块改注污水。通过清水和污水的腐蚀、结垢试验,证明了清水改污后可以减缓注入水对设备的腐蚀,优送并评价出具有缓蚀,阻垢双重效果的IF21缓蚀阻垢剂。

Abstract:In Wangchang Oilfield,clean water is injected into some blocks,but the water does more harm to injection system and strata,so it is necessary to inject polluted water instead here.The experiments on corrosion and scale buildup of both clean water and polluted water show that polluted water can slow down the corrosion to equipment.In addition,this paper optimizes IF21 corrosion and scaling inhibitor which both slows down corrosion and controls scale.
