| Abstract: | The paper plains the soil and water loss law and its harm in the different regions of Jilin province, divides the province in to hill area, hilly land, flood plain and terrace, lump of sand belown by the vind, puts forward the countermeasure for provention of soil and water loss according to the natural condition and the characteristics of soil and water bo in Jilin province. |
