K/Na-RE复合变质对辊环用高速钢组织及力学性能的影响

摘    要:在辊环用高速钢中添加不同含量的K/Na-RE复合变质剂,对试样分别进行HSVM及力学性能测试。结果表明,随着复合变质剂含量的增加,并进行适当的热处理,高速钢中铸态碳化物趋于断网,奥氏体晶粒急剧变小,由大的枝晶变为小的等轴晶,分布趋于均匀,且高速钢的强度和韧性明显提高。当复合变质剂的加入量为1.0%时,高速钢的组织及力学性能较好。

Abstract:The effect of different amounts of K/Na-RE addition into high-speed steel(HSS) used for roll collar was investigated utilizing Hi-scope video microscope(HSVM) and mechanical property measurement.The results show that,with the increase of K/Na-RE addition and proper heat treatment the carbides and crystal grains of HSS are distributed homogeneously in the microstructure.After multiple modification,as-cast carbide networks tend to break up,and austenitic crystal grains have great change that the big dendritic crystals turn into small equiaxed crystals.Further analysis shows that,strength and toughness of HSS have evident improvement.And the high speed steel has better morphology and mechanical property with 1.0wt.% modifier.
