| 摘 要： | 钢铁企业中对A类物资的供方进行排序和选择是一个典型的多层次多指标评判问题。经过大量实践证明,fuzzyAHP法能够合理、科学、有效地解决这类问题。本文首先简单地分析了运用fuzzyAHP进行模糊综合评判的步骤,然后结合鄂城钢铁公司候选A类物资供方的实例,建立了该企业候选A类物资供方的评价指标体系,并详细地介绍了运用fuzzyAHP进行模糊综合评判的实际应用。

| Abstract: | A class material vendor selection of iron and steel enterprises is a typical multi-hierarchy, multi- criteria judgement problem. Fuzzy AHP is proved to be logical, scientific and effective in resolving the problem by many practical applications. First,the procedure of fuzzy synthesis judgement with fuzzy AHP was analyzed. Then,combined with real example of A class material vendor selection in E cheng Iron and Steel Company, an AHP-based judgement criteria system for A class material vendor selection was built. Practical application of fuzzy AHP is introduced in detail. |
