| 摘 要： | 采用TIG+MAG焊接工艺焊接1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢大管道。TIG焊内、外填丝法焊底层,MAG焊填充及盖面层。该工艺解决了以往采用TIG焊或手工电弧焊效率低、成本高、质量难以保证的问题。

| Abstract: | The TIG+MAG welding process has been adopted to weld the 1Cr18Ni9Ti big size stainless steel pipeline.The TIG welding is used for welding the bottom layer with inner and outer filling wire.The MAG welding is used for filling and welding the surface layer.This process can solve those problems such as inefficiency,high cost and low quality by means of TIG welding or covered arc welding. |
