炭滑板的石墨化度对电弧烧蚀速率的影响

摘    要:采用XRD平均峰位法测定了5种炭清板的石墨化度,研究了它们在不同条件下的电弧烧蚀速率。研究发现使用寿命低的炭滑板的石墨化度也低;经过高温处理后,两种炭滑板的石墨化度都明显提高。测定滑板的电弧烧蚀速率,结果表明石墨化度越高,相应的电弧烧蚀速率越低。

Abstract:The graphititzing degree of five kinds of carbon slide materials were measured by X--Ray diffraction, and some kinds of arc erosion rate in different condition were analyzed. The experiment results indicate that service life decrease with the decrease of the graphitization degree of carbon slides. The graphitizing degree of two kinds of carbon slides obviously increased after high temperature heat treatment. The relationship between the graphitizing degree and arc erosion rate of carbon slides is analyzed. The results show that the arc erosion rate of carbon slides increase with the decrease of the graphitizing degree of carbon slides.
