铁基合金中的马氏体变体及变体联合

摘    要:用透射电镜研究了Fe—Ni—C和Fe—Ni—Cr—C合金试样中的马氏体形貌和晶体学。观察到了不同形貌的马氏体的变体生长,变体形状应变相互协调。还观察到在相变早期阶段由多个马氏体小片组成的变体联合。变体联合中,间隔的马氏体小片内具有同方向的(111)层错条纹。这些结果证实了切—转马氏体相变晶体学机制的理论预测。

Abstract:The morphologies and crystallograp hy of martensite in Fe -Ni -C and Fe -Ni -Cr -C alloys were in-vestigated by TEM.It is found that ma rtensite plates of various morpholo gies grow by means of variant pair and shape strain of variant can accommod ate each other.The variant pair coalescence consisting of several indiv idual plates in earlier stage of martensite transformation has also been observed.Within variant pair coalescence the in-dividual plates at an interval conta in stacking faults fringes at the sam e direction(111) f .These results from present experiment demonstrate the theoretical predict of the shear -rotation m echanism on martensite transformation crystallography.
