行星齿轮机构在搅拌球磨机中的应用

摘    要:利用了行星齿轮传动机构及特殊的搅拌器形状,将该装置应用于搅拌球磨机中。使被搅拌、粉碎的物料形成一种复杂的复合运动轨迹,搅拌、粉碎覆盖区域明显增大,显著提高搅拌、粉碎的效率。结果表明这是一种理想的超细粉碎生产设备。

Abstract:Making best use of planetary gear mechanism and special mixer form, applying the device to the stirring ball mill can make the stirred, grinded material form a complex compound movement track and coverage area of stirring and crushing increases remarkably, thus significantly improves efficiency of mixing and grinding. The results showed that it is a kind of ideal equipment of ultra-fine pulverization.
