摘    要:以江苏某地的凹土为原料,用搅拌磨在干法环境下制备了粒径小于1μm、粒度分布均匀的超细凹土粉体。通过条件实验,系统地研究了粉碎时间、搅拌器转速、球料比、球磨介质种类和尺寸以及助磨剂等因素对搅拌磨粉磨效果的影响规律,初步确立了制备超细凹土粉体的最佳工艺条件,从而为实际生产中确定适宜的工艺参数提供了依据。

Abstract:Using the attapulgite from the certain place,Jiangsu province,ultra-fine attapulgite powder with the size below 1?m and even size distribution was prepared by stirred mill under the dry environment.The influences of the factors,such as grinding time,rotating rate of stirrer,the ratio of grinding media and material,type and size of grinding media,and grinding aids,on on the pulverizing effect of stirred mill were investigated systematically by condition experiments,and the optimum grinding conditions for preparing ultra-fine attapulgite powder were determined.The results of study provided the theoretical bases for the determination of suitable technologic parameters in practical production.
