高温焊接对16MnR钢疲劳寿命的影响

摘    要:对高温焊接16MnR钢试件做了焊接残余应力测试和疲劳寿命试验.结果表明,高温焊接可显著降低焊接残余应力和提高疲劳寿命.750 ℃和850 ℃高温焊接比常温焊接的纵向残余应力最大值分别降低55%和68%,750 ℃和850 ℃高温焊接比常温焊接试件的疲劳寿命分别提高50%和98%.对高温焊接的这些特点的原因做了分析,认为...

Abstract:Welding residual stress test and fatigue life experiment on 16MnR specimens welded by high-temperature welding process were studied in this article.It was indicated that the process could decrease welding residual stress and increase fatigue life dramatically.The maximum of the longitudinal residual stress of specimens welded by high-temperature welding process at 750 ℃ and 850 ℃ were decreased by 55% and 68%,respectively,and the fatigue life of specimens welded by high-temperature welding process at 750 ℃ and 850 ℃ was decreased by 50% and 98%,respectively,as compared with those of the specimens welded by normal-temperature welding process.The reason for the advantages of the high-temperature welding process was analyzed,and demonstrated its feasibility.
