超稠油管道集肤电伴热效应实验与数值模拟

摘    要:以辽河油田超稠油管道集肤电伴热工艺为理论依据,建立了超稠油管道集肤电伴热效应物理模型和 数学模型,并采用室内实验与数值模拟的方法对集肤伴热效果进行分析。研究结果表明,通过对实验和模拟数据的 对比,采用软件进行仿真计算是可行的,不仅可以直观地显示超稠油管道内温度场的分布情况,还可为超稠油管道 伴热效果的优化和安全停输时间的确定提供了一定的理论依据。
