因,利用成本收益的方法着重分析了以次充好的经济诱因,提出应通过设定合理的惩罚额度最大限度地遏制以次充
好行为。同时也为石油工程企业提供了在采购过程中防范以次充好的建议措施。

| Abstract: | Based on counterfeiting phenomenal petroleum engineering enterprises may encounter in procurement process,the various driving factors of counterfeiting were analyzed.According to cost-benefit method,setting reasonable punishment that could eliminate counterfeiting behavior were put forward.Finally,the effective strategies and measures of anti-counterfeiting for petroleum engineering enterprises were discussed. |
