| 摘 要： | 介绍了螺纹钢生产在线计数问题的技术背景,并针对实际工艺现状,分析了螺纹钢包装及传输过程中的运行规律,提出采用多传感器检测和实时信号采集与数据处理技术,解决螺纹钢在线自动计数问题,并结合多点探测、智能比较算法,提高螺纹钢在线自动计数的精度.

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of whorl bar production, the background of automatic counting of bars and movement of bar steel on conveyer are analysed. By using multi-sensor measurement and real-time signal acquisition and processing technique, a method with improved accuracy of counting with help of multi-point probing and intelligence algorithm is presented. |
