PC钢绞线生产过程中的废热利用

摘    要:PC钢绞线生产中的废热排放主要有拉丝工序、稳定化处理工序和空气压缩工序。钢丝拉拔过程中产生热量的主要原因有变形能量,钢丝与拉丝模摩擦产生热以及拉丝机运转产生的热能。在大气温度为2℃时,直径13.0 mm钢丝在拉拔过程中平均出模温度为127℃,平均进模前温度为56.3℃。拉拔过程中,1台9道次拉丝机每秒释放的热量约为276.38 kJ,稳定化处理过程中,钢绞线冷却时每秒释放的热量约306.03 kJ。分析废热利用存在的问题,介绍吸收式热泵工作原理,提出利用热泵技术将钢绞线行业产生的废热作为另一个行业热源的思路。

Abstract:Waste heat discharge in PC steel strand production process is mainly in wire drawing,stabilization treatment and compressed air process.The main reasons of heat production in steel wire drawing process are as follows,deformation energy,the heat produced by friction between steel wire and drawing die and energy produced by wire drawing machine running.When atmosphere temperature is 2 ℃,the average die exit temperature of diameter 13.0 mm steel wire in wire drawing process is 127 ℃,the average temperature before entering into die is 56.3 ℃.In wire drawing process,the energy discharged each second of one wire drawing machine with 9 pass is about 276.38 kJ.In stabilization treatment process,the energy discharged each second of steel strand cooling is about 306.03 kJ.The problem existed in waste heat utilization is analyzed.The working principle of absorption heat pump is introduced.The thought of using heat pump technology to change waste heat produced by steel strand industry into heat source of another industry is proposed.
