高水头抽水蓄能电站球阀与导叶联动的关闭规律研究

摘    要:针对高水头抽水蓄能电站机组甩负荷问题,以某抽水蓄能电站为例,采用导叶直线关闭规律及球阀与导叶联动的关闭规律进行探讨,并基于水泵水轮机全特性曲线进行数值模拟.结果表明,该规律能有效削减机组流量和蜗壳压力的第2峰值,最大值仍发生于第1波峰,而第1峰值则取决导叶初始(第1段)的关闭速度.

Abstract:Aiming at the load shedding of hydroelectric sets in high head pumped storage power station, taking a pumped storage power station for an example, this paper discusses the straight-line closing rule of guide vane and linkage closing rule between ball valve and guide vane. And then the numerical calculation of pumped storage power station is simulated in terms of pump-turbine characteristic curve. The results show that the linkage closing rule can effectively reduce turbine flow and the second peak value of spiral case pressure while the maximum pressure remains to occur the first wave crest; the first peak pressure of spiral case depends on the initial (the first straight-line ) closing rate of the guide vane.
