昆明市室外排水流量公式参数拟合分析

摘    要:针对城市暴雨强度公式、参数拟合的选择问题,采用最小二乘法原理,同时基于绝对标准差和相对标准差最小的原则,以昆明市近年来实测城市水文气象资料为例,分片区拟合了昆明城市暴雨强度公式及次洪径流系数.精度检验结果表明,暴雨强度公式及次洪径流系数具有一定的精度,可作为昆明城市建设中排水设计及淹水点整治的重要依据.

Abstract:The accuracy of the rainstorm intensity formula are relies on dependability of the parameter estimation in urban storm intensity formula. The parameters of the formula are calculated on the basis of least square method principle. Urban storm intensity formula parameters and runoff coefficient of sub flood are estimated by minimizing the absolute standard deviation and relative standard deviation according to the observation date in recent years, which are selected from meteorological stations in Kunming City. The results show that the accuracy of parameter estimation in urban rainstorm intensity formula is improved, which can be taken as an important basis for drainage design and flood regulation in urban construction of Kunming City.
