摘    要:为考察玻璃纤维增强复合材料(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer,GFRP)板与混凝土的粘结性能,对36个试件进行了试验研究.采用GFRP板-混凝土块搭接接头的单剪试验方法,考察了4种GFRP板与混凝土的连接方式(粘粗砂法、涂环氧胶法、粘剪力键法以及同时粘剪力键和粘粗砂的综合法),同时考虑了粘砂长度、环氧胶类型、混凝土类型和附加GFRP布增强等因素,并提出了一种抗剪设计方法.结果表明:4种连接方式都获得了较高的平均粘结强度(>2.9 MPa);粘砂长度、环氧胶类型和附加GFRP布增强等因素对平均粘结强度有显著的影响,而混凝土类型的变化则影响较小.提出的4种连接方式均可作为FRP-混凝土组合结构的有效组合界面抗剪连接措施.

Abstract:To study the bond behavior between glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP) plate and concrete,36 specimens were tested on a single shear test setup.Four methods to combine GFRP plate with concrete were investigated,viz.coarse sand coating,epoxy coating,bonding shear keys,combination of coarse sand coating and bonding shear keys.Other test variables including the length of coarse sand coating,the type of epoxy adhesive,the type of concrete and the appending GFRP cloth strengthening,were also considered.A shear design method for FRP-concrete composite structure was proposed in the paper.It can be concluded that high bond strengthes between GFRP plate and concrete are obtained from above four composite methods;the length of coarse sand coating,the type of epoxy adhesive and the appending GFRP cloth strengthening have significant effect on the average bond strength,while the type of concrete affects it little.The proposed four composite methods can be considered as effective connecting measures of composite interface between FRP and concrete in FRP-concrete composite structure.
