| 摘 要： | 介绍了纳米SiOx改性双组份室温硫化硅橡胶（RTV－2）的研究情况。对胶液的凝胶时间测试表明，纳米SiOx对RTV－2胶具有较强的阻聚作用；硫化胶拉伸性能测试结果表明，纳米SiOx质量分数为6％时，硫化胶的拉伸强度达到2.8MPa，断裂伸长率达到97％。

| Abstract: | The modification of RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanized)-2 silicone rubber by nano-SiOx is presented in this paper. The results of gelation time testing show that the vulcanization of the RTV-2 silicone rubber is greatly inhibited by Nano-SiOx. The analysis on the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber indicates when the contents of nano-SiOx in the RTV-2 silicone rubber is six percent, the tensile strength and the tensile elongation of the vulcanized rubber is 2.8?MPa and 97% respectively. |
