发动机缸体离散数学模型的研究

摘    要:对建立发动机缸体有限元计算模型的方法进行了研究,提出了将发动机缸体有限元计算模型参数与试验实测参数进行相关分析的方法,即以有限元计算各 与试验应进行相关分析,并根据响应相关分析结果修改有限元计算模型,反复此步骤,何使有限元计算模型的可靠性提高,从而有效地提高了发动机缸体计算模型的可靠性。

Abstract:In this paper,a method for establishing a finite element model (FE-model) of a diesel engine body was explored.A relativity analysis method was proposed between the parameters of FE-model and of measurement experimental,i.e.,a relativity analysis was carried out according to the response differences between numerical finite element computing and experimental results.Hence the reliability of FE-model could be improved by repeating the above procedures.Therefore,an efficient resolution was reached to improve the reliability of FE-model for a diesel engine body.
