基于模糊PID算法的电锅炉温度控制

摘    要:针对直热式热水电锅炉的温控特点,设计了一种模糊PID算法来控制电锅炉温度,克服了传统温控系统中不能建立复杂系统数学模型的困难,得到了很强的鲁棒性、良好的动态性能和稳态精度,并运用Matlab软件的Simulink仿真环境,对温度控制系统性能和抗干扰能力进行了仿真分析.

Abstract:Firstly,we have designed a kind of fuzzy PID algorithm to control the temperature of electric boilers,directing at the temperature control characteristics of straight thermal type of electric boilers.In addition to that,the algorithm not only can overcome the disadvantage of traditional temperature control system that can't build complex system of mathematical model,but also has very strong robustness,good dynamic performance and steady precision.Then using Simulink condition of Matlab software to simulation analysis for the performance of temperature control system and the anti-interference ability.
