GD20型飞机悬挂物挂装车举升机构的设计与有限元分析

摘    要:以GD20型飞机悬挂物挂装车举升机构为研究对象,设计了满足功能要求的举升机构,对举升机构的主要承力构件举升臂进行了详细的受力分析与计算,在此基础上,对举升臂进行了结构设计,并对其最低位置、水平位置和最高位置3个工位的受力状态进行了有限元分析,验证了零件结构满足强度设计要求。

Abstract:Taking the lifting mechanism of the GD20 aircraft hangings loading truck as the research object,the paper designs the lifting mechanism that meets the functional requirements,carries out detailed stress analysis and calculation on the lifting arm of the main load-carrying members in the lifting mechanism,on the basis,designs the structure of the lifting arm,and conducts the finite element analysis for the stress state at the 3 positions of the lowest position,the horizontal position and the highest position,verifying that the part structure meet the requirements of the design strength.
