摘    要:介绍了一起运行中的一台220 kV强油风冷变压器风冷装置全停故障的检查、分析和处理,分析了风冷装置全停而未报任何故障信号的原因,并对风冷装置自动投入控制回路、全停延时跳闸启动回路进行了改造,解决了变压器风冷装置全停故障二次回路误动、拒动的问题,消除了影响主变安全运行的事故隐患.

Abstract:This paper described the check,analysis and process for a complete shutdown accident of air-cooling unit of a forced oil circulation air-cooled 220 kV transformer,and analyzed the reason why the air-cooling unit with complete shutdown status failed to alarm.Moreover,the control circuit for automatic restart of the air-cooling unit and the circuit of delay tripping and start when the complete shutdown happens were modified,leading to the elimination of maloperation and misoperation of the secondary circuit in the transformer's air-cooling unit,and to the safe operation of the main transformer.
