锡磷青铜水平连铸结晶器一次冷却优化设计

摘    要:设计的新型结晶器是在结晶器的上表面增加了出水口的数量,使结晶器上下表面的出水口不对称,克服由于铜液的重力使铸坯在下表面先结晶的缺点,在减小铸坯下表面的冷却强度的同时,还提高了铸坯的结晶中心线,使铸坯的成分均匀,进而改变了铜液对下表面凝壳的压力,降低引锭阻力,使下表面的石墨板的寿命变长。由于上下表面的冷却强度趋于一致,故减少了铸坯中存在的缺陷,使带材的成品率明显提高。

Abstract:A new mould was designed by adding outlet numbers on upper surface,which made asymmetry outlet at upper and bottom surface.The mould not only decreased cooling intensity of bottom surface of the billet,but also improved the crystallized middle line to homogenize constituent in the billets as a result of overcoming gravidity of liquid copper to make bottom surface crystallization ahead.Furthermore,the design could increase service life of the graphite plate on bottom surface by decreasing pressure of liquid ...
