蚕丝蛋白短纤维的制备方法

摘    要:通过单因素控制法,在碱性条件下,分别探究温度、质量分数对蚕丝蛋白纤维溶解的影响,通过显微镜观察不同溶解时间的蚕丝蛋白纤维形貌变化,确定其溶解的最佳工艺,并运用扫描电镜、红外光谱检测方法,研究蚕丝蛋白纤维的形貌和结构变化。结果表明:蚕丝蛋白短纤维的最佳制备工艺为温度60~65℃,碱液与尿素之比1︰6,溶解时间40~45min。在最佳工艺条件下,蚕丝短纤维的丝胶基本已经去除,表面平整光滑,蚕丝蛋白内部结构也没有发生变化。蚕丝短纤维的长度在2~3mm,比较均匀,制备率40%~50%。

Preparation methods of silk protein short fibers

Abstract:Through single factor control method, the effects of temperature and concentration on fibrinolysis in alkaline conditions were explored. The morphological changes of silk protein fiber in different dissolution time were observed by microscope, and the optimum dissolving process was confirmed. Besides, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) were used to research the morphological and structural changes of silk protein fiber. The results show that the best preparation conditions for silk protein short fiber are as below: temperature 60-65 ℃, ratio of lye to urea 1 ︰ 6 and dissolution time 40-45 min. In the optimum conditions, the sericin of silk short fiber was basically removed, the surface was flat and smooth. The internal structure was not changed. The length of silk short fiber was uniform, ranging from 2 mm to 3 mm, and the preparation rate was 40%-45%.
