压力测试用柔性腿模的结构仿真研究

摘    要:为满足服装压力测试的需要,并降低真人测试的实验成本,文章研制了一种柔性仿真腿模,该腿模仿照人体下肢的组织特征,其结构分为骨骼层、肌肉层和皮肤层,各层均由硬度、弹性性能与真人相似的等效材料代替。腿模尺寸参照中国成人人体尺寸标准,通过3D打印模具,并利用聚氨酯发泡和硅胶分层浇筑而成。利用压力传感器对压力袜进行压力测试,将腿模的压力仿真结果与腿部尺寸相近的真人测试结果对比分析,柔性腿模各测试部位的压力仿真效果接近真人,说明该腿模可代替真人进行服装压力性能测试。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of garment pressure test and reduce the experiment cost of human body test, a soft simulated leg model was invented. The leg model imitates tissue features of human lower limbs, and the structure includes bone layer, muscle layer and skin layer, and each layer is replaced by the equivalent materials similar to a human being in hardness and elasticity. The size of leg model was made through a 3D printing mold, polyurethane foam and silicone layered by reference to the human body size standard of Chinese adults. The pressure test was conducted for the compression socks with the pressure sensor. The pressure simulation result of the leg model was compared with the test result of human body with similar leg size. The pressure simulation effect of the soft leg model was close to the human body, so it can be used to replace the human body for the garment pressure test.
