摘    要:蚕丝被作为中国最古老并沿袭至今的传统寝被,在中国已有5 500余年历史,也是中国传统丝绸产品和重要出口商品。但由于蚕丝被生产工艺相对简单,行业进入门槛低,市场上蚕丝被的品质良莠不齐,以假乱真、以次充好的现象时有发生。在蚕丝被使用过程中,残留的丝胶逐渐发生变性,导致蚕丝被板结发黄,直接影响到了蚕丝被的品质。因此,机制桑蚕丝绵片的含胶量为贸易所重视,与消费者的切身利益息息相关。目前,中国的含胶率检测大多沿用传统装置,需要检验员手动操作,检验效率低,风险性高。文章通过改进传统含胶率检验装置的弊端,探索设计一种半自动机制桑蚕丝绵片含胶率检验装置,以提高检验效率,增强检验的安全性。

Abstract:Silk quilt is regarded as the most ancient traditional quilt in China, with the history of more than 5 500 years. It is also a traditional silk product and important export commodity in China. However, due to the relatively simple production process of silk quilt and the low entry threshold of the industry, the quality of silk quilt in the market is not stable, and the phenomenon of counterfeits occurs from time to time. The residual gum of silk quilt will gradually become denatured in the use process. Thus, the silk quilt hardens and yellows, which has a direct effect on the quality of silk quilt. Therefore, the gum content in silk floss is important to trade and is closely related to consumers’ interest. At present, traditional equipment is mostly used to detect gum content in China. Inspectors have to manually operate it, so the detection efficiency is low, and the risk is high. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the design of a semi-automatic detection device for gum content of silk floss through improving the disadvantages of traditional inspection equipment so as to enhance detection efficiency and detection safety.
