| 摘 要： | 本文论述了穿流式搅拌装置设计原理上的先进性。通过采用溶解氧测定仪及亚硫酸盐氧化法测定体积溶氧系数KLa值,证明其能有效提高氧在介质中的传递能力。进一步以黑曲糖化酶发酵试验作对照,验证了穿流式搅拌装置在发酵过程中强化传氧、传质以及节能的效果,促进了产品产率提高和缩短了发酵周期,降低了物耗和能耗,表明其在生物发酵行业具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper , we discussed the design principle advantage of spray - type stirrer . It can effectively improve the transfer ability of oxygen in medium, increase the rate of production , shorten the fermentation cycle and lower the cost of material and energy .We think it should be apply in fermentation industry. |
