锅炉单相受热面链式建模新方法

摘    要:对于锅炉省煤器、过热器、再热器等单相受热管的典型分布参数对象,在研究多段集总参数模型的基础上,提出了集总参数链式建模新方法,并建立了单相受热管的链式结构的集总参数数学模型。该方法建模简单,计算工作量小,物理意义明确,其计算结果及传递函数的近似分析表明,所建模型在热流量、工质入口流量和入口焓的扰动下,其出口焓分别以二阶,二阶和三阶的精度逼近分布参数模型,较好地反映了热工对象的分布参数特性,新模型可适用于电站全程控制系统的仿真研究及锅炉受热面的设计检验。

Abstract:Based on the multi-segment lumped-parameter model, a new method of chain structure modeling is presented for the single-phase heat-exchanger with typical distributed-parameter characteristic,such as economizer, superheater and reheater, a chain structure lumped-parameter model of single-phase heat-exchanger is also developed. Its simple to model with this method, and the chain structure model has little calculation expenditure and explicit physical meaning. The simulation results of the chain structure model and approximate analysis of transfer function indicate that the fluctuation of working mediums outlet enthalpy closes in on that of the distributed-parameter model with two-order, two-order and three order precision at the disturbances of heat flow rate, inlet mass flow rate and inlet enthalpy. The new model can sufficiently reflect the distributed-parameter characteristic of thermal systems, and can also be applied to research control system simulation of power plant and check up the design of boilers heat-exchanger
