全封闭屏蔽门刚架横梁的刚度分析和结构优化

摘    要:针对全封闭屏蔽门刚架结构中的横梁进行有限元模拟,建立与实际工作状况相对应的多组力学模型,利用有限元软件研究其刚度和强度,并与弹性理论分析结果比较,验证其力学模型的可行性。在此基础上对原横梁结构进行优化设计,并提出切实可行的设计方案,为实际应用提供理论基础。

Abstract:A finite element simulation of the beam of the full-closed platform screen doors for subways is completed. Several mechanical models related to different working conditions are established,stiffness and strength are investigated by finite element software,and the feasibility of the model is verified by comparing to the elastic analysis result.An effective method is presented for beam’s design of the platform screen doors,which provides a theoretical basis for practical applications.
