现代医学细胞显微图像分割改进算法

摘    要:为了提高现代医疗检验中图像处理的有效性和精确度,本文以医疗检验中各类细胞的显微图像为对象,运用最大类间方差分割算法对其进行图像分割,针对细胞显微图像自身的特点和最大类间方差法存在的不足,改进算法,实现多次分割,得到最佳分割阈值;在保障算法可行性的同时,提高算法的有效性和适用性。仿真实验结果表明,改进的算法更适用于多种细胞显微图像分割。

Abstract:The development of modern medical science requires automation, efficiency and humanization, and the image segmen- tation technology is widely applied in this field. In this paper, an improved method derived from Otsu algorithm is put forward, according to the characteristics of the cell microscopic image. The algorithm is to achieve multiple segmentation, and improve its feasibility, effectiveness and applicability. The simulation results show that the performance of the improved algorithm is superior to Otsu algorithm.
