基于DSP的无刷直流电机闭环控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍一套基于TMS320F2812的无刷直流电机闭环控制系统,下位机采用DSP(Digital Signal Processor)作为核心处理器,光电编码器作为反馈元件,对电机速度实现精确闭环控制,在位置和速度控制中采用智能PID算法,且在Matlab/Simulink下实现仿真,增加控制系统稳定性,缩短反应时间,提高系统精度。

Abstract:This paper introduces a set of bmshless DC motor closed loop control system based on TMS320f2812, hypogyny ma- chine adopts DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as the core digital processor, photoelectric encoder as the feedback element, the mo- tor speed achieves closed-loop control precision. This paper adopts intelligent PID algorithm in the position and speed control, and also realizes the simulation in Matlab/Simulink to increase the stability of control system, shorten the reaction time, and im- prove the system accuracy.
