摘    要:对三峡工程地下电厂引水隧洞施工方案中的针梁钢模台车的弧形模板分为多种工况进行了有限元分析。分析了其结构特点,并建立了Proe三维模型。提出了六种工作工况,并对每种工况进行了受力分析,得出了各种工况的受力情况,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其弧形模板的强度和刚度进行了校核,在此基础之上提出了弧形模板设计方案的优化方案,并对其进行了验证。优化方案与原方案相比减小了模板重量的22.97%,节约了成本。其刚度和强度都满足工作要求,此结构梁、杆件的布置符合应力的分布趋势。为钢模台车的模板设计提供了参考。
