| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新型螺纹钢筋校直原理——滚珠模块式。其优点为:校直功率明显降低,钢筋表面无划伤,无肉眼可见划痕,钢筋不直度达到国家标准。并对主要参数进行了分析计算,可为设计这一类校直机提供参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a new type of screw steel bar strsightening device with ball-bearing module is proposed.The advantage of such a device is that it evidently reduces the straightening power without leaving any mechanic scratches detectable by human eyes,and the nonstraightness of the steel bar has reaches national standard.The major relevant parameters have been calculated and analyzed,the which can be provided as reference for designing and manufacturing such device. |
