| 摘 要： | 热送热装可实现炼钢—轧钢工序的节能降耗。介绍连铸坯热送热装技术在安钢高线的应用。实现无缺陷铸坯生产的措施:铁水预处理;钢水二次精炼;无氧化保护浇注;下渣检测;结晶器液面自动控制;低过热度;恒拉速浇注,正常拉速1.6～3.6 m/min;结晶器末端电磁搅拌,结晶器给水量不小于100 m3/h。轧制工艺的改进:不同钢种实施不同加热制度,并调整加热炉各段烧嘴的煤气流量;精轧采用E2F2孔型系统,对预精轧机实行甩机架轧制,使8～14 mm规格成品速度平均提高5～6 m/s。改进措施实施后,热装率达到40%,吨钢煤气消耗由2007年的102.8 m3降到2009年的80.4 m3。
