印刷机典型零件制造工艺决策系统关键技术研究

摘    要:随着印刷机械工业的发展,对缩短产品生产周期、提高产品的科技含量的要求越来越迫切,关于CAPP系统的智能化、集成化的研究已经取得了广泛而巨大的进展。实现智能工艺规划的技术要解决知识表达和推理决策机制核心问题。详细论述了针对印刷机典型零件的特点,建立了几何信息与工艺信息一体化的特征信息模型,较好地解决了CAD/CAPP系统特征信息模型建立与数据共享问题。用基于实例推理的神经网络系统,通过知识的分布式储存和推理的并行计算,解决了实例推理和工艺生成中的关键技术。
