基于UG的机床夹具虚拟装配技术研究

摘    要:虚拟制造作为目前制造业最具挑战性的领域,发展速度惊人。以立式钻床夹具为例,在UG软件基础上介绍了夹具设计及三维建模的方法,并成功创建了夹具三维模型;并采用自底向上的装配方式完成夹具的装配;分析了夹具的装配顺序及路径规划;探讨了夹具装配干涉碰撞技术;最后研究了虚拟仿真技术,实现了机床夹具的快速装配,这样提高了设计质量,缩短了开发周期,提高了企业对新产品的自主研发能力和竞争,充分体现了虚拟装配技术的优越性。
