摘    要:力矩器低频灵敏度是决定激光头读碟快速性的关键参数,在力矩器处于低频工作状态时测量得到的,其值反映力矩器的起振工作性能。在分析悬线式力矩器运动机理的基础上,对力矩器悬线进行了数学建模与实验分析。介绍了力矩器低频灵敏度的测试方法及测试仪器,并对不同悬线刚度的力矩器样品进行实际测试。测试结果表明:悬线式力矩器悬线刚度越大,其低频灵敏度越低。实验结论对悬线式力矩器的设计、生产和评价都有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The LF sensitivity of torquer is the key parameter in determining reading speed of the laser head,which is measured when the torquer is in LF working status which is a reflection for starting performance of the torquer.Then a mathematical modeling and an experimental analysis are carried out for the torquer catenary.Finally,the test method and instrument for testing the LF sensitivity of the torquer is introduced and the torquers with different catenary are measured,which results show that the greater stiff...
