基于ADAMS的后装式压缩垃圾车卸料机构优化设计

摘    要:在保证垃圾能卸载干净和一定箱体尺寸要求的条件下,为求得在最小卸料油缸推力下的后装式压缩垃圾车卸料机构各参数,对后装式压缩垃圾车卸料机构进行模型简化、模型分析和力学分析,应用ADAMS建立它的参数化模型,对其进行了优化仿真分析,得出了合理的推卸油缸的安装角度、推板折弯斜度和推板深度。为后装式压缩垃圾车推板机构选取几何参数及合适的卸料油缸提供了依据。
