摘    要:传统的液压破碎锤冲击机构包含了换向阀和主缸体,由于两者在工作中受损情况不同,更换设备时便造成了不必要的浪费,故此以虚拟样机技术为设计理念,通过catia软件,建立改进后的破碎锤液压冲击器的虚拟样机模型,使做到换向阀合主缸体两者分离,并运用catia的动态模拟功能对冲击器进行运动学仿真分析。虚拟样机技术可以减少实物模型和样机的投入,缩短产品的开发周期,有利于实现产品的最优设计或变形产品设计。
