| 摘 要： | 麻芯和油脂是生产电梯钢丝绳的重要辅助材料,对钢丝绳寿命的影响很大。介绍电梯钢丝绳的疲劳寿命考核方式。分析麻芯、油脂及上油工艺对电梯曳引钢丝绳疲劳寿命的影响:使用国产麻芯和油脂,采用股淋油工艺和股涂油工艺相比,电梯钢丝绳的疲劳寿命提高14.7%;采用国产麻芯、股淋油的生产工艺,使用进口油脂和国产油脂相比,钢丝绳疲劳寿命提高29.9%;采用进口油脂、股淋油的生产工艺,使用进口麻芯和国产麻芯相比,钢丝绳疲劳寿命提高41.4%。
