| 摘 要： | 车钩缓冲器是铁路机车车辆的重要部件之一,它的质量直接影响机车车辆的安全与运行质量。针对国外某机车车钩缓冲器在国内应用中存在的问题,应用力学原理和用有限元方法对其结构进行了创新设计,在保证其性能的条件下,优化了结构、减少了零件数、降低了重量和成本,在吸收消化发达国家车钩缓冲器技术基础上,研发出了与发达国家性能水平相当的新型机车车钩缓冲器,新型机车车钩缓冲器将替代进口车钩缓冲器,对促进我国铁路机车车辆关键部件的技术进步有着十分重要的现实意义。
