火车车轮全模锻数值模拟

摘    要:铁路运输在我国国民经济中起着至关重要的作用,十二五期间,铁路将朝着高速重载方向发展。车轮作为铁路运输车辆重要零部件之一,对其质量与数量的要求变得越来越高。全模锻法制造的车轮具有金属力学性能好、几何尺寸精度高、金属切削量少、不平衡度及表面缺陷小等诸多优点。通过三维有限元分析软件Deform-3D对车轮全模锻加工工艺过程进行数值模拟仿真,得出车轮全模锻过程金属流动规律以及模具受力情况,该仿真结果为车轮全模锻实际生产提供理论依据。
