摘    要:采用静电纺丝法以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和纳米T iO2为原料制备了一种新型纳米/亚微米纤维态催化剂。采用SEM、TEM、XRD、FT-IR对所制得的新型纳米/亚微米纤维态催化剂进行了表征,结果表明纤维直径随着纳米T iO2含量的增加而增加,纳米T iO2颗粒在PVP纤维基体中分散均匀,并且纳米T iO2颗粒和PVP分子形成了氢键。光催化性能测试结果表明纤维中纳米T iO2含量为20%时,紫外光照射80 m in对甲醛的光催化降解率达到了56.8%。

Abstract:Nano/submicro-fiber catalyst was prepared via electrospinning technique from PVP and nano-TiO_2 particles.The effect of the content of TiO_2 on diameter of nano/submicro-fibers were studied,the resulted nano/submicro-fibers were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM.The results show that the diameter of nano/submicro-fibers increases with a increase of the content of nano-TiO_2.The analytical result showed that nano-TiO_2 particles and PVP molecules was connected by a hydrogen bonding interaction,moreover,This nano/submicro-fiber catalyst has high efficiency on photocatalytic degradation on CH_2O,(56.8) percent of CH_2O was degradated under ultraviolet radiation for 80 minutes when the content of nano-TiO_2 is 20% in nano/submicro-fibers.
