苏只水电站建设对生态环境的影响

摘    要:在阐述苏只水电站工程影响区域生态环境基本特征的基础上,分析了区域生物多样性状况和电站建设运行后对生态环境的影响程度,提出了建立鱼种人工孵育场、长期监测生态环境、弃渣场建设以及生态补偿方案等措施。分析表明,苏只水电站建设在实施严格的环境保护措施后对生态环境的影响程度是可以接受的。

Abstract:Based on the present eco-environmental status of the area around the Suzhi hydropower station,the local biodiversity and the influence of the projects on environment during operation were analyzed.Countermeasures were proposed,such as establishment of artificial seed incubation regions,long-term eco-environment monitoring,construction of waste residue yard,and ecological reestablishment measures.The results show that Suzhi hydropower station has little impacts on eco-environment under restrict environmental protection measures.
