钢铁生产流程发展及先进钢铁材料研究的展望

摘    要:简要介绍了氧气转炉炼钢、连续铸钢、炉外精炼及控冷控轧技术的特点及优势,指出20世纪中国钢铁工业发展所存在的问题,展望21世纪先进钢铁生产流程中氢冶金、新一代可循环钢铁流程、铸-轧-材一体化技术的实现.在此基础上,介绍先进钢铁材料的研究开发现状.

Abstract:Characteristics and advantages of LD process, continuous casting,secondary refining,controlled rolling and controlled cooling are introduced.Some problems in iron and steel industry in the 20th century are pointed out.Realization of the hydrogen metallurgy technology,newly developed recycling process for iron and steel production and CRM-integrated technology in the 21st century are prospected.Furthermore,the current R & D situation of advanced steel products is reviewed.
