毛/棉混纺纱条干均匀度的控制

在利用棉纺设备开发半精梳毛纺混纺针织纱过程中，遇到的突出问题是纱线的重量不匀率和条干不匀率较差，极易形成针织横档或使织物表面平整度变差。通过实践分析认为，工艺配置、机械设备状态、纱线百米重量CV％值、操作等因素是造成毛／棉混纺针织纱针织横档的主要原因，因此，要减少针织横档，必须加强对各工序条干均匀度的控制，加强生产管理和优化工艺配置。

Technology arrangement, the state of machinery,CV% of yarn of a hundred meter weight and operation etc. are main reasons of forming knitting crosspiece of wool cotton blending knitting yarn. Thus, control of irregularity of every procedure and producing management must be enhaced as well as technology arrangement is optimized to reduce knitting crosspiece.
